The National Law Program is Canada’s largest criminal law conference. Presented annually since 1974, the Program attracts over 700 practitioners, judges and others in criminal and criminal/regulatory law.
The faculty is comprised of Canada’s finest defence lawyers, Crown prosecutors and the judiciary, giving attendees a unique opportunity to benefit from the skills and knowledge of this premiere teaching team. The volumes of printed material, written specifically for the Program, provide delegates with the most comprehensive, up-to-date criminal law resource materials available today.

DESTINATION:
This year’s Program takes place in beautiful Victoria (www.tourismvictoria.com). Victoria has something for everyone; there is so much to see and do, it’s just a matter of choosing.
TUITION:
Regular Registration Fee is $750.00 + $90.00( 12% HST) = $840.00. If called to the Bar June 2007 or after Registration Fee is $495.00 + $59.40 (12% HST) = $554.40. Registration Fee includes attendance, program materials, light breakfast, and refreshment breaks. Enrollment is limited. To register, complete the registration form on the back of this brochure and mail or fax it, along with payment, as directed.
LOCATION:
All plenary sessions, break-out groups and workshops will take place at the Victoria Conference Centre, 720 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC, and the adjoining Fairmont Empress Hotel, at 721 Government Street, Victoria, BC. The Conference Centre is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, eateries, and all hotels where room block arrangements have been made.
ACCOMODATIONS:
Delegates should book accommodations early. Rooms will be reserved on a first come-first served basis. Delegates are advised to contact the listed hotels directly, preferably through the front desk or online reservation link (versus 1-800 call centre) and state that they are with the Federation of Law Society of Canada’s National Criminal Law Program and quote any applicable group code.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:
