IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The 2010 FLSC Family Law Program will be submitted for accreditation in all MCLE jurisdictions.

The FLSC Family Law Program, to be held July 12-15 2010, has been accredited by the Law Society of BC for up to 26.5 credit hours.

This program has been approved by the Law Society of Saskatchewan as an Accredited CPD Activity that qualifies for twenty-four (24) CPD Hours under the new CPD Program (to be applied to the reporting period January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2012).

Attendance at this program can be reported as 24 hours of Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) credit to the Law Society of New Brunswick.

Members of the Barreau de Quebec qualify for up to 25.5 hours towards their continuing education requirements by participating in the 2010 National Family Law Program.

Important Notice re: HST
Please note that as this event is being held after the implementation of the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), we are required to charge the new tax rate immediately. This is reflected on the Family Law Program registration form.
