Council Member representing the Law Society of Newfoundland and LabradorSheila Greene was appointed a Council member by the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador in September 2008. She is General Counsel with the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees (NAPE) in St. John’s. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University in 1983, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto in 1987, and a Master of Arts from York University in 1988. She was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1989 and the Law Society of Newfoundland in 1990. Sheila was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2007. She is President of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers (CALL), and a Past President of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. Sheila has served as a Bencher of the Law Society since 2000. Sheila H. Greene, Q.C.
