Law Society of Saskatchewan

Graeme Mitchell is the Director of the Constitutional Law Branch of the Saskatchewan Department of Justice. He received Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Regina in 1975, his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1980, and his Master of Laws from the University of Chicago Law School in 1989.

Graeme was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982, the Saskatchewan Bar in 1985 and the Manitoba Bar in 1987. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1998.

Graeme served as a Bencher of the Law Society of Saskatchewan from 2000 to 2006 and has been the law society’s representative on Council since 2007.
