Council Member representing the
Law Society of Prince Edward Island
Keith Boswell is a partner at Stewart McKelvey in Charlottetown and practices in the areas of corporate finance and securities, corporate restructuring and insolvency and mergers and acquisitions. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Dalhousie University in 1979, a Master of Arts from Carleton University in Ottawa in 1982, and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1983.
Keith was called to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1985 and to the Law Society of Prince Edward Island in 1987. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2005.
Keith served as President of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island for the 2007-2008 term.
